The Governor of North Sulawesi, has set the North Sulawesi Provincial Minimum Wage which will take effect from January 1, 2021, which is IDR 3,310,723, this figure is the same as the Provincial Minimum Wage in 2020, but for companies that are not impacted by the 2019 virus disease (Covid-19) pandemic, they will increase their wages by 3 ,27% of the 2020 Provincial Minimum Wage. And for companies that can't afford it, they can apply for a postponement of wage increases in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation
